From next Monday 24 September 2007, assuming all goes according to a very loose and incompetently devised plan, you will be able to achieve the special status of becoming a guest blogger at a place near here.
Dubious honour indeed!
The area here is perhaps best viewed as inchoate babblings. The impression is one of intruding on a private and embarrassing scene, where something unhinged prowls and howls and you need to escape quickly to maintain your reason.
The other place will be, perhaps, more a small colony of like or divergent minds, politely exchanging views in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support. You will be a member of a civilized community, collectively pushing the boundaries of rigorous intellectual investigation, while politely and fairly questioning each other’s propositions and reasoning.
That, at least, is the theory.
Anyway, have your posts polished and ready for when the doors open onto another disaster.
You can probably ‘guest’ post for:
- One post.
- One day.
- One week.
- One month.
- One year.
- One decade.
- One lifetime.
- Not at all. Ever.
This follows the usual badly thought out, poorly executed and ultimately disastrous way things seem to go.
Any restrictions on what can be posted? Yes, but they are secret. Any rubbish will be deleted.

the guest blogging section where you can start your own blog, just for a day or a week or ... we will see after that.
the debate section where there is further opportunity to get involved in discussions or start new debates.
Go to the campaign section to start or join a campaign.
Go to the media section to see videos and other media.
